Lessons From Us is officially here 🤍

After a long journey, a lot of growth, and more delays than I originally expected, I can finally say this:

Lessons From Us is officially available.

Honestly, this book feels surreal to me.

What started in 2025 as a small idea shared on Instagram slowly turned into something incredibly meaningful. I wanted to create a space where people could openly share the lessons life had taught them, the beautiful ones, the painful ones, the inspiring ones that changed them forever.

I never imagined so many people would want to be part of it.

The stories, reflections, advice, and experiences shared throughout this project became the heart of this book. And through every message, every submission, and every conversation, this community reminded me how powerful honesty and connection can be.

Of course, life had its own plans.

I originally hoped to release this book much sooner, but between work, personal changes, pregnancy, and simply trying to balance everything, the process took longer than expected. There were moments where I felt frustrated by the delays, but looking back now, I think the book arrived exactly when it was meant to.

And now it’s finally here.

Lessons From Us is a collection of stories about growth, mental health, resilience, gratitude, motivation, self-discovery, and becoming. It’s messy, honest, vulnerable, and deeply human because that’s what life is.

This isn’t a book written from perfection or certainty. It’s a book written from experience. From people trying, learning, healing, failing, growing, and continuing anyway.

And I hope that somewhere inside these pages, you find something that makes you feel understood.

To everyone who participated in this project: thank you. Truly. This book would not exist without your courage and openness.

And to everyone reading this now: thank you for being here and supporting something so personal to me.

You can now find Lessons From Us on Amazon:

I’m so excited (and honestly emotional) to finally share this with the world 🤍

With love,
Kati
